How do I know my level before enrolling?
How do I know my level before enrolling?
We use a quick placement flow: a short online questionnaire + a 10–12 minute conversation to confirm speaking and listening. You’ll receive a level recommendation aligned to CEFR (A1–C1) and a suggested course format (group or 1:1) based on your pace and goals.

What platform do lessons take place on?
Live lessons run in a secure video room with screen sharing and interactive exercises. You’ll also get a student space with homework, vocabulary sets, and lesson notes. After each class we post a recap so you can review in 5–10 minutes.
If you have a corporate firewall or strict device settings, tell us in advance—we’ll help you test audio/video and choose the best setup.

Do you offer a trial lesson?
Do you offer a trial lesson?
Yes—trial lessons are available depending on the teacher’s calendar. The trial focuses on your goals, current level, and a mini speaking task. At the end you’ll get a plan and recommended schedule options.
Schedule
Can I change my schedule after I start?
Can I change my schedule after I start?
Yes. For group classes, schedule changes depend on seat availability in another group at the same level. For 1:1 lessons, you can move the weekly slot when the teacher has openings. We recommend requesting changes at least 7 days in advance for the smoothest transition.

What’s included in the price?
What’s included in the price?
Tuition includes live lessons, teacher feedback, homework review, curated materials, and access to your lesson notes. You also get a progress checkpoint at the end of each unit to confirm you’re ready for the next step.
Certificate
Do you provide a certificate of completion?
Do you provide a certificate of completion?
Yes. After finishing a level, we can issue a digital certificate stating the completed level (CEFR), total lesson hours, and dates. For corporate programs, we can include a short skills summary (speaking/listening/reading/writing) upon request.
Certificates are based on attendance and completion of the final checkpoint. If you need the certificate for HR paperwork, tell us the required fields and we’ll match them.

How fast will I progress?
How fast will I progress?
Most learners feel a clear speaking improvement within 4–6 weeks when attending 2 lessons/week and doing 10–15 minutes of daily practice. Moving between CEFR levels depends on your starting point, consistency, and exposure outside class.
Platform
Do you offer lesson recordings?
Do you offer lesson recordings?
By default, we don’t record group classes to protect privacy. For 1:1 lessons, recordings can be enabled when both teacher and student agree. Regardless, you always get structured notes, key vocabulary, and homework in your student space.

How do payments work?
How do payments work?
Payments are made per package (typically 4 or 8 lessons) before the start date. This keeps scheduling stable and gives you a clear monthly budget. If you’re joining a group, we reserve your spot once payment is confirmed.
Need an invoice for your company? Send the billing details in the “Ask a question” form and we’ll confirm the invoice format.

What if I miss a class?
What if I miss a class?
For group lessons, missed classes can’t always be rescheduled, but you’ll get lesson notes and homework so you can catch up. For 1:1 lessons, rescheduling is possible when you notify us in advance; your teacher will propose alternative slots.
If your schedule is unpredictable, we recommend 1:1 lessons or a smaller group for more flexibility.

Is your certificate “official” for universities or immigration?
Our certificate confirms completion and hours in our program. If you need an internationally recognized exam result (like DELE or SIELE), we can help you prepare, but the exam certificate must be issued by the official exam body.
Tell us your destination requirement (institution name + required format) and we’ll recommend the best path.
